A joint seminar was held by CMG and Marini

For representatives of the road construction sector

A joint seminar was held by CMG and Marini

At the initiative of Construction Machinery Georgia (CMG), a subsidiary of Tegeta Holding, a seminar on modified bitumen production was held in Tbilisi. The event featured a keynote presentation by a representative of Marini, a global leader in infrastructure equipment manufacturing. Alican Tabakci, Deputy General Manager of MARINI Turkey, visited Georgia at the invitation of CMG. The seminar was attended by representatives from the road construction sector and CMG’s business partners.

Nika Abesadze, Director of Construction Machinery Georgia:
"Our partnership with MARINI began last year. As a member of Fayat Group, the largest French industrial conglomerate, MARINI is a world leader in asphalt and cold asphalt production, as well as emulsion and polymer bitumen plants. In Georgia, the use of modified bitumen has become increasingly relevant - highways are now being paved with asphalt instead of concrete. The seminar aimed to raise awareness in this area. We wanted to share knowledge and expertise with our partners and the road construction sector in Georgia, directly from a representative of a premium brand specializing in modified bitumen plants."

MARINI, which has sold more than 3,000 asphalt plants worldwide, designs and manufactures industrial equipment, including modified bitumen plants. The seminar in Tbilisi provided valuable insights into this field and highlighted the advantages of MARINI’s high-quality Italian-engineered products.

Alican Tabakci, Deputy General Manager of MARINI Turkey:
"MARINI has been successfully collaborating with Construction Machinery Georgia for a year now. Together, we have the opportunity to introduce new technologies to the road construction sector, which is developing rapidly. Today, we discussed the production of modified bitumen and the growing importance of asphalt in road construction projects. Raising awareness and sharing knowledge in this area is essential for us. We are pleased that, through our partner CMG, we were able to hold such an engaging and productive seminar."

The seminar was organized with the support of Tegeta Academy, another subsidiary of Tegeta Holding.

Since 2022, Construction Machinery Georgia has been the official dealer of Marini in Georgia. Through this partnership with a premium global brand, the company provides customers with a full range of equipment and services essential for the road construction cycle.
